Ingredients: (3-4 servings)
1. Reishi slices -6 g
2. Kidney Beans -30 g
3. Brown Rice -30 g
4. Dried Barley -50 g
5. Chicken – 200 g
1. Wash kidney beans, brown rice and barley.
2. Cut chicken into slices.
3. Bring ten bowls of water with Reishi slices to boil.
4. Add in all others ingredients to cook in low heat for two hours.
5. Add salt to season
