Ingredients: (3 – 4 servings)
Mikei Reishi Slice: 6 gm
Enoke: 100 gm
Big Bean Sprout: 150 gm
Ginger: 2 slices
Lean Meat: 200 gm
1.Wash all ingredients. Cut meat in slices.
2.Remove roots from enoke and big bean sprout. Remove ginger skin and cut in slices.
3.Heat oil in skillet, add in ginger, stir for a minute and fry big bean sprout until tender.
4.Bring eight bowls of water with Reishi slices to boil.
5.Add in all other ingredients and cook in low heat for two hours.
6.Add salt to season.
