Boletus Quiche – pizza with mushrooms

Look to me this recipe long gone, but nobody panic, is in two versions. I’ve cooked several times and always, always wins.

The Boletus  have provided a very unique taste and appearance, as you can see, it’s fantastic and it has failed me a little picture. But the best part is that you get down to the ground, never better, and trial of this wonder.

Ingredients:

  •  Pastry
  •  A Boletus  and rolled large
  • 150 grams. of ham
  • 150 grams. gruyere cheese
  • 250 grams. of lech
  • 30 grams. flour
  • 30 grams. butter
  •  3 eggs
  • 50 grams. of cream
  • Salt
  • Nutmeg
 Preparation:
The pastry:
  •  300 grams. flour
  •  125 gr. butter
  •  70 grams. water
  •   Salt

I did it with the Thermomix, but also can make it by hand or made easier still buy it.

We put in the glass all the ingredients in the order indicated, we scheduled 15 ff. speed 6. We take, wrap in plastic wrap and let cool for 20 to 30 minutes. Is flexed with the aid of a roller, and placed on the mold.

Grate the cheese for 15 ff. 5-9 speed. Reserve. Then chop the ham, 4 ff. 3 ½ speed and booked.

Then we make the bechamel. We put in a glass of milk, flour, butter, nutmeg and a pinch of salt, temperature programmed 4 minutes 90 ° speed 3. When done add the cheese and eggs. Mix 6 ff. 5 speed, add the cream.

Finally distribute the ham on the pastry, pour the sauce, garnish with the Boletus rolled and introduced in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. The last ten minutes put the pan in the bottom of the furnace to receive more heat and cooked through.

 No Thermomix:

The procedure is easy to look good, although we take a little longer.

Cut the ham into small pieces and grate the cheese. Reserve.

We make the bechamel with milk, flour, butter, salt and nutmeg (here I will not extend, as they say, each has his methods). Add beaten eggs and cheese, mix well and salt rectify.
